    Meet Steph.

    Steph is the founder of Ellipsis Land and Planning, a residential development consultancy that offers a bespoke service to some of the largest developers in the UK.​

    Before setting up Ellipsis in 2015, Steph worked for Taylor Wimpey, breaking new ground by becoming their first female Technical Director in the UK.

    Steph realised that her dream job was to run large scale development projects.  Always striving for that next promotion and that next step, Steph realised that the best way to make her dream job happen was to go out and create it – so Ellipsis was born!

    Ellipsis now employs two other team members. Steph champions women working in construction and offers flexible working for her team. She supports mums returning to work by offering them the ultimate flexibility to work their own hours or work from home, whatever that suits their individual and family needs. In return they bring their loyalty, hard work and commitment to the Ellipsis team. One said she was ‘the luckiest girl in the world and had found her dream company to work for.’

    Steph is a self confessed shopaholic, a lover of travel, food and wine – and her biggest fans are her two Maine Coon cats.
