Our St Albans Tribe

Our Tribe Home

We’ve partnered with Loft, St Albans which is a contemporary British restaurant, bar and private dining room set in a 600-year old building in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter in St Albans. With an enviable wine list, The Loft couldn’t be a better place to hold our relaxed and friendly meetups.

The Power Hour

“I’m not smart enough. I don’t really know what I’m doing. I’ll never pull this off.” Does any of this inner dialogue sound familiar? Are you holding back from letting the world know just how incredible you are and letting opportunities pass you by?

Imposter syndrome can be debilitating and can keep you trapped in your comfort zone.

This empowering power hour from Life and Business Coach Roo Davies will show you how you can overcome those feelings. Roo will be sharing her expertise and practical techniques so that you’re equipped to tackle imposter syndrome, squash self-sabotage and really take yourself and your business to where you want to be.

Roo is an award winning coach and Tribe Boss of the Thame Girl Tribe Gang. She’s passionate about helping people thrive in their personal and professional lives; helping her clients rediscover their mojo, get unstuck from a rut, supercharge their self-belief and ultimately enable them to feel empowered to make change happen.

    Meet Claire.

Claire is a Hertfordshire based mama to a fantastic, funny, headstrong and determined little lady who is already a #girlboss in her own right.

An established Head of Merchandising with over 15 years’ experience, Claire’s most recent roles have allowed her to indulge her passions of shaping best practice, improving business processes and coaching others to be the best in the industry.

Claire doesn’t seem to understand the concept of “too busy” and, whilst on a leave of absence from being a Maths lecturer with the Open University, took the leap to start her own online beauty, health and wellness business.

Partnering with a Swiss-heritage global company who develop high-quality pure, safe and beneficial skincare, cosmetics and nutrition products, Claire has rapidly grown her own business and now coaches others to do the same.

With a young family, an international sporting career, a business and a job, Claire follows the mantra ‘say yes and work out the how later’. It transpires that ‘the how’ usually manifests itself in the form of the right people and expertise appearing at the right time.
